 ◦ as well as events preparing for the St. Gallen and Thurgau bar exams

• was founded in 1938 and is thus the oldest institute of the University of St. Gallen
• has conducted over 1,500 one- or multi-day further education events since its founding
• employs around 40 team members, including student and scientific staff

• organize CAS courses and may accompany some of them on site
• support conferences in Zurich, Lucerne or Wil. In Lucerne, you travel the day before and stay overnight in a hotel
• assist in the marketing area, design promotional materials and maintain the website
• supervise the meeting room and ensure it looks tidy and inviting
• order office supplies and other office needs
• improve your communication skills and learn to take responsibility
• gain insights into the accounting of a company
• take care of receiving, distributing and sending mail
• handle mail and telephone service
• process registrations and cancellations for our events
