To strengthen our dispatch team, we are looking for a motivated personality interested in our industry – maybe exactly you.
Your tasks
As a Junior Dispatcher, you will support our dispatch team in daily business and will be gradually introduced to the responsible tasks:
- First point of contact for customers and representation of our company externally
- Receiving and processing orders as well as customer concerns
- Support in the forward-looking deployment planning of our drivers and vehicles
- Monitoring routes and assisting with adjustments
- Checking and post-processing delivery notes and reports
- Participation in our ongoing digitization process
With increasing experience, you will gradually take on more responsibility in dispatching.
Your profile- Completed commercial training (KV) or equivalent
- Strong IT affinity and enjoyment of digital tools
- Interest in building materials/construction industry, transport, or logistics
- Good geographical knowledge of the greater Zurich area, especially the Knonauer Amt and Limmattal regions
- Structured, reliable, and forward-looking working style
- Resilience and calmness even in hectic situations
- Very good German skills (at least C1 or native speaker)
Professional experience in transport or dispatching is an advantage but not a requirement.
