Manage changes related to vZEV/ LEG in SAP.
Process network connection requests and contract creation.

Skills

Completed vocational training in commerce or technical field; further education preferred.
Technical understanding of distribution networks; self-consumption is a plus.
Strong MS-Office skills and excellent German communication.

Your tasks

Answering customer inquiries related to ZEV, virtual ZEV, and later LEG
Checking and recording mutations to vZEV/LEG in SAP
Processing inquiries in the area of network connection up to and including contract creation
Taking over certification and data transmission processes (Pronovo)
Creating evaluations (municipalities, canton, customer reports)
Answering customer inquiries in the area of network usage
Processing supplier changes and network accesses
Preparing customer information and standard responses
Substitute work within the team
Participation in projects

Your profile

Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field, further training is desired
Technical understanding in the distribution network area, ideally in self-consumption topics, is an advantage
Proficient MS Office skills
Communicative personality and team player mentality
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
