Job Description

– Cleaning and care of all kitchen equipment, dishes, and cutlery
– Support with general kitchen tasks and preparation (mise-en-place)
– Assistance with receiving and storing deliveries
– Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
– Representing the breakfast cook two days a week
– Independent work in breakfast service including preparation, buffet setup, and à la carte orders

Qualifications

– Experience in a similar position in the hotel or gastronomy sector is an advantage
– Basic kitchen knowledge and enjoyment of teamwork
– Reliable, clean, and structured working style
– Resilient, flexible, and responsible
