• Independent and professional care and support of clients in their homes
• Responsibility for care planning as well as assessment and adjustment of care processes and their documentation in the care records
• Maintaining care documentation and service recording according to applicable guidelines
• Responsibility for case management of assigned clients
• Participation in quality development and continuous improvement of care processes

• Completed professional training as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Service- and person-oriented approach as well as a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Driver's license category B

KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two nursing centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three nursing apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
