- you conduct data-based churn analyses based on behavioral, usage, and subscription data
- you develop and maintain scoring models and risk indicators for early detection of cancellation risks
- you collect and evaluate customer feedback – for example through surveys or touchpoint feedback systems
- you derive concrete recommendations for retention and prevention measures
- you identify and analyze customer segments with high churn risk
- you work closely with Data, Customer Experience, and Campaign Management to effectively implement measures
- you monitor KPIs and churn rates to make progress measurable and identify optimization potentials
You will succeed here if
- you have an analytical background in the marketing environment (e.g., Data Analytics, BI, or Business Informatics) and use data to optimize customer experiences
- you bring experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing and have a good understanding of target groups, customer needs, and customer journeys
- you understand how to translate analyses into clear recommendations and actionable strategies
- you work in a structured, detail-oriented way with an eye for the big picture
- you have an affinity for data-driven marketing and KPI-based work
