Your Tasks – Shape More
- Support for entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services
- Direct contact with representatives of SMEs and independently handling their inquiries - by phone and digitally
- Structured potential identification and utilization or targeted mediation to the appropriate consulting team
- Providing a service quality that excites customers
- Answering internal bank inquiries related to your areas of expertise
- Detecting and documenting facts related to money laundering prevention
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction
Your Profile – Bring More
- Bank apprenticeship or several years of professional experience
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector
- Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact
- High customer orientation and a communicative nature
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, good English skills are an advantage
