In a dynamic and stimulating environment, we offer an internship of approximately 6 months within our Sales and Marketing department starting from February 2026. You will report to the Head of Marketing Distribution and carry out activities related to events, marketing, and administration.
The tasks awaiting you:
Event Management
- Support in organizing events throughout Switzerland and webinars
- Graphic project management (briefing and coordination with the creative studio, follow-up on translations, proofreading)
- Coordination with the decoration unit for the creation, sending, and management of materials
- Sending invitations, monitoring surveys, reporting and calculating ROI
- Presence at events
Direct Marketing
- Briefing and content creation (texts) for marketing actions (e.g., "print" mailing and digital newsletters)
- Managing responses from actions (contact requests, sending promotions, etc.)
Administration/Internal Activity
- Support for administrative tasks of marketing staff (invoice management, etc.)
- Content creation for internal use (newsletter for the sales network, intranet news, etc.)
- Coordination with the sales network
Your profile:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in marketing, event management, hospitality, economics, event management, or another similar field.
- You are dynamic, organized, flexible, autonomous, and social.
- You enjoy contact and being on the field.
- Native French speaker with a very good level of German (min. B2).
- You have already worked in event management.
