The Outpatient Billing department is the heart of correct and timely service billing and ensures that all administrative processes run smoothly.
We are looking for a committed and reliable individual who supports the smooth processing of our patient billing with accuracy, responsibility, and enthusiasm for varied tasks.
Here you get involved
- Ensuring timely service billing according to the common tariffs, mainly Tarmed and Swiss DRG
- Processing of rejections
- Coverage clarifications with guarantors
- Cost approval management
- Operation of the main cash desk
- Verification of unpaid invoices
- Written and telephone clarifications with internal and external services
- Correspondence with patients, insurance companies, municipalities, cantons
- Assumption of additional tasks
You
- Completed commercial and/or medical basic training
- Experience in healthcare, especially in patient billing, as well as good knowledge of social insurance
- Good MS Office user skills, experience with ERP Navision is an advantage
- Resilient and flexible team player with a strong customer orientation
- Communication and conflict resolution skills
- Efficient and conscientious work, independent assumption of responsibility in your own area of tasks
- Enjoy discovering new areas of responsibility and actively contributing to the continuous development process of everyday hospital life
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
