• You are the central contact point for internal and external communication and ensure the flow of information between marketing, product, and management.
• You are responsible for editorial planning and creation of content for our newsletters, blog, as well as various customer mailings and campaigns.
• Guardian of the bexio Brand Voice: You ensure that our tone is consistent, approachable, and target group-oriented – you are the authority for proofreading and our linguistic guidelines.
• You coordinate alignment with our strategic partners and keep communication guidelines and manuals up to date.
• Public Relations: You handle media inquiries, prepare statements or interviews, and accompany our national PR activities.
• You are part of a motivated marketing team that values quality, brand understanding, and personal responsibility.

What we expect from you:

• You have several years of experience in corporate communications, editorial work, or PR (professional level).
• You have a completed degree in communication, media, PR, or a comparable qualification.
• You have an excellent sense of language, love writing, and have an extremely precise working style when proofreading.
• You work independently and conscientiously, keep an overview even with many parallel requests, and use modern tools (e.g., Jira, Slack) efficiently.
• You are a winning personality who enjoys interacting with various stakeholders and represents bexio confidently and empathetically externally.
• You have an eye for the "big picture," work proactively, and bring a high solution orientation.
• You write confidently in German (native level) and ideally also have good knowledge of another national language and/or English.
