Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, Engineering und Projektteams und stellen sicher, dass neue Produkte (NPI) effizient, kostenoptimiert und termingerecht in unsere Supply Chain integriert werden.

Ihre Kernaufgaben:

• Erstbeschaffung neuer Teile inkl. Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Bestandsmanagement
• Erstellung und Bewertung optimaler Supply-Chain-Konzepte für neue Produkte
• Koordination aller Schnittstellen – intern und extern (Abteilungen und Lieferanten)
• Einrichtung relevanter Logistik- und Stammdaten im ERP für den MRP
• Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen
• Durchführung des NPI-Freigabeprozesses (Dynamics 365)
• Identifikation von Prozessverbesserungen sowie Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
• Monitoring wichtiger KPIs und Gewährleistung einer vollständigen Dokumentation

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Procurement, Supply Chain, Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Supply Chain oder Projektbeschaffung
• Know-how in Supply-Chain-Konzepten, Kostenstrukturen und Multi-Sourcing-Strategien
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel); ERP-Erfahrung (idealerweise D365)
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Eigenständigkeit
• Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
