Sales Client Consultant 100% (m/f) - for the Ticino region Swiss4net Holding AG finances, builds, and manages FTTH fiber optic networks in rural areas and in the denser urban and municipal areas of Switzerland. The non-discriminatory model of Swiss4net allows all Swiss telecommunications providers to offer their services on our point-to-point FTTH fiber optic network. We are a modern team that puts customer needs first. What are the tasks?
Advice and sales for the right multimedia subscription to residents and businesses in Chiasso, Balerna, Vacallo, Morbio Inferiore, Ascona, and Massagno. Consultations and sales will be conducted by phone, by email, with sales stands in the respective communities, or on-site at the end customer. What do we expect?
- Native Italian
(Good language skills in German. Skills in French/English are an advantage)

Basic training (commercial, sales, or other) and at least 2 years of professional experience
Interest in multimedia services and modern technical connections
Ability to quickly understand
Enjoy personal contact with end customers
Diligence, perseverance, high self-motivation, ambition, and persuasiveness, as well as self-discipline and the ability to positively handle inconveniences.
