About the job
Your Tasks
- Independent and professionally competent processing of all assigned service tasks (via tablet) (glass replacement, maintenance, installation of burglary protection and assembly of small orders) including customer coordination regarding appointment scheduling
- Accurate measurement and material recording for further processing by the project managers Service or Service Manager
- Co-responsible for the branch warehouse
- Customer consulting including additional sales
- Creating small quotes on site
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as a carpenter, joiner, metalworker or similar
- Professional experience in the installation or service of windows and doors
- Enjoyment in customer contact as well as confident and neat appearance
- Creative and solution-oriented working style
- Open to technical aids (such as tablets or smartphones)
- Proficient in German language, spoken and written
- Driver's license category B – BE is an advantage
