Work Educator / Supervisor Assembly Department
Manufacturing - Production | Horw | 70% - 90% | from 01.03.2026
Your tasks
- Guidance, support, assistance, and promotion of employees with disabilities
- Operational and professional assurance of the economic order involving the clients
- Planning and coordination of assembly orders, ensuring a smooth production process
- Active participation in projects and internal sports and/or educational offerings
- Direct customer and supplier contact for order coordination
Your profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ with initial professional experience
- Joy and empathy in dealing with people with disabilities
- Experience in work preparation or production planning, ideally in the assembly area
- Team-oriented, resilient, reliable, and conscientious personality with organizational flair
- Experience or relevant further training in work education is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
