The opportunity
As a Digital Sourcing Enablement Intern, you will support initiatives to modernize and streamline sourcing and contracting processes. You will help assess sourcing practices, develop dashboards and digital tools, and optimize training materials. A key part of your role will be contributing to an AI-based contract review tool by creating checklists, supporting validation, and improving contract templates. This 6 - 12 months internship offers hands-on experience in digital transformation, sourcing compliance, and procurement technology within a global organization.
How you'll make an impact

Support sourcing process assessments and documentation of improvement areas

Assist in developing and testing the sourcing strategy adoption dashboard and optimizing category management tools

Contribute to training material updates and creation of bite-size learning content

Help develop an AI-based contract review tool through checklist creation and validation support

Review and enhance SCM contract training materials for clarity and effectiveness
Your background

Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Interest in digital sourcing tools and AI applications in procurement

Effective communicator and team player
