One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. Your Challenge
- Support of nursing staff in nursing measures
- Planning and implementation of activities in the area of living environment and everyday design
- Competent execution of nursing technical measures
- Active participation in the care process
- Independent execution of all household tasks in the residential area
- Co-responsibility for order and cleanliness in the residential area
Our Desired Profile
- Qualification as SRK nursing assistant
- Professional experience in a comparable function
- Great joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
- High sense of responsibility and pronounced service orientation
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility in general collaboration
- Secure communication in German language at least B2
