As a Quality Engineer in Customer Support, you make a decisive contribution to efficient quality management. You independently process customer returns and independently decide on the appropriate method for problem analysis. In doing so, you act as a connecting interface between the customer, development, and sales and contribute significantly to quality improvement, continuous product enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
- You systematically analyze our electronic sensors
- You create well-founded quality reports (8D / 4D) and work closely with marketing and sales
- You process internal and external quality notifications and initiate appropriate improvement measures
- You lead cross-organizational 8D teams and take over technical customer communication - clear, precise, and solution-oriented
- You organize and moderate internal quality circles, also across locations with our international subsidiaries
- You support the quality manager in internal and external audits
- A successfully completed basic electronic or electromechanical training with further education as an electronics engineer HF / FH
- Several years of practical experience in the "electrical engineering" environment or in device analysis with a focus on electronics as well as very good understanding of pressure and sensor technology
- Solid experience with quality methods such as 8D analyses and FMEAs
- Experience in conducting process and product audits
- Professional and efficient customer communication, even on technically demanding topics
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
