The Familienheim Cooperative Zurich (FGZ) is a non-profit housing cooperative that creates and rents affordable and attractive living space for all generations. As a large settlement cooperative, it positively shapes life in the Friesenberg district with nearly 2300 residential properties and a comprehensive commercial portfolio in Zurich's district 3. For our team of caretakers, we are looking for a committed and professionally qualified person as a caretaker (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.Your tasks
- You ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness in your assigned properties through inspection rounds
- You assist in the maintenance of outdoor and indoor areas
- You independently carry out inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs in your area
- You participate in winter and on-call service
- You have a craft training and ideally further training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate
- You have several years of professional experience as a caretaker
- You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and solution-oriented
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You have good PC skills (MS Office) and a driving license (category B)
- You can identify with the goals and values of a non-profit housing cooperative
