What you achieve:

You are the contact person for your customer and canton portfolio, both in writing and orally in German and Italian
You conduct various clarifications with authorities, debt enforcement offices, bankruptcy offices, and lawyers
You independently handle the privileged cases up to the loss certificate file in SAP and ASEM
You perform payment postings, corrections, write-offs, etc. via Syrius
You support our customer advisors and other internal departments regarding debt enforcement law issues, performance deferrals and blocks, as well as posting questions and international debt collection
