What you achieve:
- You are the contact person for your customer and canton portfolio, both in writing and orally in German and Italian
- You conduct various clarifications with authorities, debt enforcement offices, bankruptcy offices, and lawyers
- You independently handle the privileged cases up to the loss certificate file in SAP and ASEM
- You perform payment postings, corrections, write-offs, etc. via Syrius
- You support our customer advisors and other internal departments regarding debt enforcement law issues, performance deferrals and blocks, as well as posting questions and international debt collection
