For the Waldegg residential group in Reinach BL, which supports male and female adolescents in their personal, social development as well as professional integration in a residential setting, we are looking to support and expand the team from 01.04.2026 and from 01.07.2026:

Dipl. Social Pedagogues (m/f/d) FH/HF; 70% - 90% 

• Care of adolescents and young adults aged between 14 and 18 years in the daily residential group routine
• Care and support of the entire group within the framework of day and night shifts
• Activation of the group for independent living and household management as well as organizing projects, holiday weeks, and weekend activities
• Taking over case management specific to the reference person, creating individual and group documentation
• Implementation of specific development and support goals and the mandates of the referring authority

• Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Professional and social skills in working with adolescents and ideally experience in working with social and psychological issues in adolescents
• Independence and creativity to promote coaching young people towards responsible life management
• Kind and constructive conflict resolution skills as well as personal stability
• Confident handling of documentation and administration
• Driver's license category B
