Sub-Balance Group Manager (m/f/d)

In your role as Sub-Balance Group Manager, you manage the sub-balance groups of Axpo in close collaboration with the portfolio manager, the originator, the customer, and the balance group management. In addition, you further develop the team conceptually and digitally.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Your focus is on energy data management (EDM) and its conceptual setup, but also on the operational management of data and data flows
• You are responsible for customer change processes and the system-technical customer mapping for billing and reporting
• You develop our core process of load and production forecasts for customers as well as the entire BG-Axpo together with the models team
• You support the digitization of our processes and tools for efficient operational management in the internal and external environment of portfolio and balance group management

Profile & Requirements:

• You have a university or FH degree in the context of the energy industry/technology or significant professional experience in the Swiss energy industry
• The terms supplier, BGV, SDV, and KWB are not foreign to you
• Ideally, you already have experience with EDM systems
• You have entrepreneurial, networked thinking and acting and feel comfortable in a constantly changing market environment
• You have a quick grasp and decision-making ability, act independently and pragmatically even in stressful situations
• You are a team player but can also take the lead
• You are characterized by openness and curiosity towards customers and the market but can also work analytically and systematically
• You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written
