Your Tasks
- Maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical, fire alarm systems, and indoor swimming pool
- Performing maintenance work on buildings and facilities as well as minor repairs
- Implementation of measures for resource conservation and sustainability
- Taking on on-call duty (approx. every 6 weeks) as well as standby duty within the framework of the company security group
Your Profile
- Training as a maintenance specialist including in-depth knowledge in the field of sanitary systems
- Strong service orientation, solution-oriented working style, and a high degree of independence
- Good knowledge of German
- Good physical mobility
- Precise working method
- Team-oriented personality
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Driver's license category B
