Your tasks
- In the float pool, you are the all-rounder who supports the teams on the wards as needed
- You will be deployed where you can help your colleagues (m/f/d) the most
- Your advantage is that you can write your own shift schedule – there are no rules regarding working hours
Your profile
- A completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d) – whether in health and nursing care, elderly care, or as a HEP – you are warmly welcome with us
- You possess communication skills, team spirit, commitment, and flexibility – then you are perfect for the float pool
- You have the ability to work independently and responsibly – then you are the all-rounder we are looking for
- You have no experience in psychiatry? No problem, we will teach you!
