Your Tasks
- Advising and supporting our diverse audience at the information desk as well as in the studio and audio & video studio
- Main responsibility for the robotics topic: organization, planning, and execution of robotics offers (e.g., RoboticsLab, Robotics Workshop); maintaining contact with partner institutions
- Supporting the audience in using the various offers and services of the Library Department 4.0
- Supporting the team management in community building and maintenance, as well as conveying the offers and services of the Library Department 4.0
Your Profile
- Completed university education, field of information science or comparable, with interest in robotics, programming, studio (3D printing, laser cutter, makerspace, DIY techniques, etc.) and audio & video studio (audio and video editing, digitization, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and high service orientation
- Ability to convey complex content clearly and understandably
- Curious and open to new trends and technologies and willing to continuously develop our offer
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
