About the job
Your Main Tasks
- Professional care and age-appropriate support of the entrusted children
- Close collaboration within the team
- Creation of daily offers for the mixed-age children groups based on the educational concept
- Conducting regular parent meetings such as entry, status, and exit discussions
- Supervision of apprentices and/or interns
Your Profile
- Training as FaBe EFZ or equivalent pedagogical training (recognition must be available for foreign diplomas)
- Work experience with children is desirable
- Experience in guiding apprentices, preferably already experienced with the revised training
- Committed, flexible, and empathetic
- Team player
- Open to digitalization in childcare
