To strengthen our team for the regions of Solothurn/Bern/Valais and Western Switzerland, we are looking for a

Property Manager*in Sanitary/Heating Technology 100 %

As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. For this purpose, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary/heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Research and identification of properties in SIA phases 1 to 4 using specified tools and channels (CRM, online databases and sales organisation)
• Recording and classification of identified properties based on defined characteristics
• Monitoring of properties and documentation of changes to property data in the CRM
• Coordination of internal departments for targeted placement and preparation of offers
• Central interface function and close collaboration with internal teams
• Workplace Bern

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training in the field of building technology (e.g. in sanitary/heating installation or planning)
• Several years of experience in the construction or project environment of building technology (e.g. in planning, project management, AVOR or technical sales etc.)
• German as mother tongue and good knowledge of French (at least level B1) mandatory
• In-depth understanding of market structures, relevant players, construction processes as well as tendering and awarding procedures in building construction
• Independent, precise and analytical way of working
• Enjoyment of research work in the construction environment and exchange with various internal departments
