The Zentrum im Hof Foundation ensures comprehensive care in the areas of housing and elderly care on behalf of the municipality of Greifensee. The modern and bright house is located near the historic town center and the lake. The center includes three stationary care living groups with 28 residents as well as 12 age-appropriate apartments. The public Spitex of the municipality of Greifensee is also affiliated with the foundation.

To complement our team in Spitex, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a skilled and reliable

Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe), 40 to 50 %

who places our clients at the center of their commitment.

Your tasks

You care for, support, and advise clients holistically in their familiar environment and thereby maintain or promote their independence. Household management, taking into account the clients' resources, is also part of your duties. Active collaboration with relatives and other involved professionals, as well as close teamwork, is an important part of your work.

Your profile

You are open-minded, flexible, and empathetic, and you convince with proven professional and social competence. You enjoy working independently and responsibly and have no difficulty setting priorities and making decisions. You have good PC user skills. Knowledge of Perigon and RAI is an advantage but not a requirement. The ability for self-reflection completes your profile.
