About the job
Deckenmont GmbH has been active in the field of ceiling and interior fitting systems for over 20 years. We install a variety of ceiling systems and carry out other assembly work, including in the area of busbar trunking and lighting systems. Our projects are located on construction sites throughout Switzerland.
From January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking to strengthen our assembly team.
You bring practical experience in assembly, interior fitting, or a comparable craft field on construction sites. Experience in ceiling installation is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters to us are manual skills, reliability, and the willingness to get to know our various assembly tasks in practice.
Your tasks
- Assembly of various ceiling and interior fitting systems
- Installation of busbar trunking and lighting systems
- General assembly work in interior fitting
- Participation in our assembly teams on different construction sites
- With increasing experience, independent execution of assembly work
- Assignments on construction sites throughout Switzerland
What you bring
- Practical experience in assembly, interior fitting, or a comparable craft field on construction sites
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Experience in ceiling installation is an advantage but not a requirement
- You are accustomed to the everyday life on construction sites and like to get stuck in
- Reliable, precise, and committed working style
- Willingness to learn new things and take on responsibility
- Driving licence category B
- Good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Willingness for assignments throughout Switzerland as well as overnight stays away from home is a prerequisite
What to expect from us
You will work in a team on our construction sites from the start and get to know our various ceiling, interior fitting, and lighting systems directly in practice. With increasing experience, you will carry out your tasks more independently.
For assignments away from home, meal and travel allowances according to the collective labour agreement (GAV) are paid. Necessary accommodation is covered.
