Your Area of Responsibility

• You work in a rotation system both in the general secretariat and as a dispatcher at the Radiology-Oncology counter including appointment organization for our 3 doctors and nursing staff
• In cooperation with your team colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our patients, conduct telephone triage, coordinate appointments with third parties, and are responsible for the seamless provision of patient records
• You are responsible for reporting by revising the reports already created in the system
• In addition to general administrative tasks (e.g., preparation and follow-up of medical tumor boards and incoming mail), data entry and controls are also part of your responsibilities

Your Experience

• You have completed basic medical training, preferably further training as a medical secretary, and have already gained professional experience in the medical field
• You are a committed, service-oriented personality with very good communication skills and empathy for our patients
• You bring current IT knowledge and are open to technical and structural changes
• As a reliable, precise, and resilient employee, you appreciate working in an interdisciplinary area
