About the job

• Carry out the transport of clean and dirty laundry between floors and the laundry room, respecting deadlines and internal organization, to ensure efficient and smooth service.

• Ensure constant restocking of the offices with welcome products and consumables, ensuring the quality and availability of products, in accordance with the needs of the establishment.

• Ensure the removal of waste, respecting environmental standards and maintaining impeccable cleanliness of the premises.

• Organize and optimize the storage of supplies to guarantee quick and efficient access to the products necessary for daily service.

• Perform regular stock checks to anticipate restocking needs and avoid product shortages.

• Maintain public areas (lobby, elevators, common restrooms) clean and welcoming, applying appropriate cleaning methods to offer an impeccable environment to clients.

• Report any anomaly or technical malfunction in common areas, so that maintenance and repair teams can intervene quickly and effectively.

• Ensure cleaning and disinfection of equipment by following strict sanitary protocols.

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of floors, walls, and windows to maintain a neat presentation and a pleasant atmosphere.

• Perform regular inspections of spaces to identify areas requiring special attention and intervene proactively.

• Discreetly monitor comings and goings in the lobby, ensuring the security of the premises while guaranteeing a calm and pleasant atmosphere for clients.
