Your tasks:
- Management of ongoing financial and operational accounting
- Independent management of accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
- Management and monitoring of dunning and debt collection
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of federal and cantonal employee statistics/reports
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Support with reporting and various activities
- Active participation in process optimization and further development of systems in the accounting area
Your profile:
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting (or in training)
- Several years of experience in accounting (accounts receivable/payable/financial accounting/operational accounting)
- Experience with Curaviva/Artiset accounting
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Organizational talent with quick comprehension
- Analytical and networked thinking
- High confidentiality/discretion
