About the job
The Eben-Hézer Foundation (FEH) supports people with intellectual disabilities or elderly people losing autonomy. Created in 1899 by Sister Julie Hofmann, this private institution now includes several establishments:
Eben-Hézer Lausanne (Lausanne) and the Cité du Genévrier (Saint-Légier) welcome more than 500 young adults and adults with intellectual disabilities.
The medico-social establishments of the Grand Age Pole (Vaudois Riviera) welcome more than 300 elderly people losing autonomy, for long and short stays, as well as temporary care and home support.
To support our Executive Board, we are pleased to recruit an
Executive Assistant, 80%
Your Missions
· Assist the President of the Executive Board in coordinating the activities of the Foundation's various bodies and in implementing their decisions.
· Provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of the Executive Board (planning, mail, meetings and minutes, accounting, archives, website).
· Manage files/projects on behalf of the Executive Board (notably, monitoring strategic objectives).
· Organize Foundation events.
You are
· a responsible, rigorous and reliable professional with proven skills in planning and organization. Able to identify priorities, you are very comfortable with project monitoring and coordination and pay close attention to compliance with standards and risk management. You also have strong conceptual, analytical and synthesis skills.
· a calm, attentive, diligent, honest and committed personality. Autonomous and versatile, you are also recognized for your ability to coordinate the actions of many stakeholders with tact, patience and efficiency. Enjoying contact and ease in communication, you favor collaborative approaches and have sensitivity to change management.
· not only interested but also convinced by the institution's mission towards beneficiaries, you have a strong sensitivity to the notion of service and reception.
· Finally, you demonstrate flexibility and are ready to work in our offices in Lausanne and on the Riviera.
This position is aimed at a person with a commercial employee CFC training ideally combined with a HES Bachelor or equivalent and training as an executive assistant and/or in project management. A successful experience of at least 5 years in a general management support position completes the expected background. Excellent command of common IT tools and the French language, both oral and written, as well as a driving license are essential. Knowledge of the socio-health sector and accounting are undeniable assets.
