You carry out technically demanding and varied tasks to optimally advise and support our customers in Switzerland as well as our sales team.

Your area of responsibility

Clarify technical feasibility, create descriptions and offers for sales
Design and plan special controls, program PLC controls
Create electrical diagrams using Electro-CAD, as well as other technical documents such as parts lists, dispositions, test protocols, and wiring diagrams for our customers and production
Operational purchasing of electrical components using SAP
Commissioning of controls in the factory and partially on site
Collaboration with project managers and employees from other technical areas or with customers
Troubleshooting and technical support by phone (hotline) or on site at the system

Your profile

You have completed training as an automation technician or in a similar profession and ideally have experience with control systems (PLC)
You are familiar with ELCAD or other ECAD systems and are open to working with various other systems such as SAP, InPoint, and other e-tools
You have very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
As a team player, you feel comfortable in a helpful, open team and complete your tasks reliably, on time, and with quality awareness
