About the job
To strengthen and complement our team in the sales and service organization Switzerland of METTLER TOLEDO at the business location in Greifensee, we are looking for a committed and proactive personality for the position of Dispatcher Deployment Planning for Service Technicians 80 - 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You are responsible for the deployment planning of service technicians in the Swiss field service and ensure optimal and economical scheduling of service orders. You plan, coordinate, and control maintenance orders and irregular orders such as malfunctions and installations. Furthermore, you are responsible for appointment scheduling with customers and for coordinating appointments with internal and external parties. Receiving and processing incoming customer inquiries are also part of your duties, as well as close cooperation with all interfaces in the service team (internal and field service).
