Inventory Manager (m/f/d), 100 %

Your tasks

As an Inventory Manager, you are responsible for ensuring optimal assortment stocking at our locations, controlling inventory and write-offs, and ensuring compliance with return conditions towards our suppliers. You also support the management of article logistics data and ensure ongoing optimization in inventory management.

Your main tasks

• Monthly reporting of inventory KPIs
• Stock replenishment to ensure product availability
• Support in the creation of new articles in collaboration with the Product Manager
• Definition of the warehouse assortment according to the inventory strategy
• Increase of the self-supply rate of the locations
• Conducting warehouse clean-ups
• Handling supplier returns according to defined processes
• Collaboration with Product Management for sales articles
• Constant monitoring and analysis of write-offs
• Adjustments and optimizations in inventory management
• Participation in regular logistics meetings
• Visits and inspections at our logistics locations

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, logistics specialist EFZ or similar
• Professional experience in disposition or ordering
• Strategic approach with sound analyses
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Experience with BI tools and KPI analysis
• Very good German skills, English and French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• High level of initiative and assertiveness
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
