Your tasks:
- Work on an open acute psychiatric ward focusing on the psychosis spectrum
- Individual shaping of the acute psychiatric setting
- Support in implementing the nursing process within the multidisciplinary team
- Active participation in the implementation of new inpatient projects
- Active support in everyday life and relationship building
- Shifts in day and night duty (night duty staffed additionally with a qualified person)
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist with experience in psychiatric work
- High flexibility and self-management skills
- Open, humorous and warm appearance
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Recovery-oriented attitude
- Ideally already further training in aggression management or willingness to attend this course
