Your tasks
- Independent and timely preparation of offers for renovation and refurbishment projects
- Coordinate and manage the assigned projects
- Support in contract negotiations
- Acquisition of new orders
Your profile
You consider yourself a service provider from the very core of your conviction and also bring the following:
- Solid professional experience in estimating renovation and refurbishment projects
- Completed training as a certified construction manager
- Practical experience in construction
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good PC skills in Word/Excel and SORBA
- Possession of a category B driving license
