About the job
In the heart of the city of Zurich, the Seefeld Residential Homes offer living and living space for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities at various
locations.
At the Ottenweg location, people live who require special care and basic nursing due to their degree of disability and age. We are looking for a Housing Specialist / Health Officer (90%)
from June 2026 or by arrangement.
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the health care department in the residential home such as management of the
house pharmacy, planning of medical and nursing measures,
professional contacts with doctors and therapists - Support, assistance, and advice for residents in everyday life
- Nursing activities
- Promotion of maximum independence and social skills
- Administrative tasks and maintenance of external contacts
- Organization of leisure and weekend activities
- Administrative work
- Key worker duties
Profile:
- Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as a FAGE (Health Care Assistant) or HF nursing specialist
- Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
- Organizational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
