As a consultant at APP, you take on responsibility from the start. You lead teams in developing new concepts as well as defining product, process, and IT requirements. You independently manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for business and IT issues. Once the right solution is found, you ensure sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction.

What we expect
· Completed university degree, preferably in business administration, (business) informatics, or law
· Three to five years of experience in carrying out IT-related projects in consulting or administrative environments, in the judiciary, financial sector, or healthcare
· Solid knowledge in project management, business analysis, and the application of common methods
· Quick comprehension, pronounced analytical thinking, as well as a creative, pragmatic approach
· Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with enjoyment of teamwork
· Open, communicative personality with talent and joy for building trusting relationships
· Confident writing and presenting in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus.
