Your Tasks
- Planning, organization, sales, support and follow-up of events for national and international companies up to 350 people
- Internal and external coordination, e.g. of F&B services, room accommodations, technology and decoration
- Conducting sales and negotiation talks and advising guests/customers, e.g. on rooms, food and beverage offers, supporting programs
- Preparation of offers and calculations as well as invoicing
- Maintaining customer contacts and cooperation with partners
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel industry
- Professional experience in events or sales
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Independent, communicative personality with a high quality awareness
- Good German and English skills
