What does your workday look like?

• Together we strengthen the employer brand internally and externally and further develop our corporate culture, especially in leadership, collaboration, and diversity topics.
• As a member of the executive board, you actively contribute to strategic and operational issues and shape the company’s further development.
• You prepare personnel key figures, analyses, and reports for the executive board and the foundation board.
• You have overall responsibility for all personnel processes including digitalization, as well as talent management, succession planning, and personnel development.

What do you bring with you?

• You have advanced commercial training with solid further education in human resources, including several years of professional and leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
• You enjoy a combination of operational HR work and conceptual as well as strategic topics.
• You bring high leadership and social competence combined with an appreciative and clear attitude.
• A pragmatic, hands-on personality with good coaching skills rounds off your profile.
