For Klima AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Commercial Employee 80% in Spreitenbach.

Your Challenge

• Managing the reception and telephone switchboard
• Handling quotations and offers as well as invoicing
• Processing the mail and email accounts as well as taking over telephone service
• General office and secretarial tasks
• Correspondence work for the vehicle fleet
• In case of holiday cover: increased workload

Your Profile

• Completed training as a commercial clerk with several years of professional experience in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as precise working methods
• Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented personality
