Your tasks

Consultation and support of residents to achieve the greatest possible self-determination, high autonomy, and competent participation in various areas of life
Agogic process design
Assuming responsibility in varied department and mandate work
Organizational and administrative tasks
Collaboration with the social environment

Your profile

Training in social pedagogy or as a care specialist or ongoing (part-time) studies at a university of applied sciences
Experience working with people with disabilities
Initiative, pragmatic and humorous personality
Resource- and solution-oriented attitude
Willingness to work irregular hours with occasional night on-call and weekend shifts
