Service Advisor
Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks
- Scheduling bodywork and mechanical appointments
- Processing mediation orders for bodywork
- Damage clarifications with the respective insurance company and policyholder
- Ensuring adequate utilization of our bodywork shops
- Routing damages identified by the workshop
- Taking photos and estimating the repair method and costs
- Basic technical training in the automotive industry with commercial further education
- Several years of experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry as well as with the brands BMW and MINI
- Well-groomed, winning appearance
- Very good IT skills (standard applications)
- Strong service- and customer-oriented approach
- Solution- and success-oriented thinking
- Teamwork, reliability, organizational talent, resilience
- Communicative personality with very good language skills in German and English
