These are your tasks

• You are the reliable and charming contact person for our guests in the restaurants - individual and professional guest care from reception to farewell

• You manage your own service station – advice, care, sales, preparation and follow-up of the service stations

• You support first-class service – professional food and beverage service in compliance with our standards

• You are co-responsible for a smooth service process – teamwork

What we expect from you

• You have professional experience in upscale gastronomy

• You love guest contact, are communicative and always remain courteous and friendly

• You have an exceptional service awareness and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests

• You are an enthusiastic host/hostess

• You are reliable, have a quick grasp, and a feel for the guest

• You speak German – additional languages are a plus
