To complete our creative and dynamic team based in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

Production Operator (100%)
Start date: As soon as possible

Your role:
For this full-time operator position, your mission will be to master all activities related to the manufacturing of drones, sub-assemblies, and accessories. You will report directly to the Production Manager.
Handling various tasks ranging from assembly to testing, you will have the opportunity to leverage your rigor and commitment to contribute to accomplishing our mission: sending robots instead of humans into dangerous and hard-to-reach places. 

Your responsibilities:

• Manufacture Flyability products (drones, accessories, spare parts)
• Perform quality checks on electronic/mechanical parts and assemblies
• Repair defective products during production
• Prepare accessories, spare parts, and packaging for drones
• Participate in the serial manufacturing of prototypes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing methods

Your profile:

• 2 years or more of experience in production
• Federal VET Diploma as an automation technician/electronics technician or equivalent
• Skills in bonding and assembly processes
• Fluent French, good communication in English is a plus
• Rigor, commitment, adaptability, flexibility, team spirit
• Interest in new technologies
