Your area of responsibility
- Support of the general agent and field staff in all administrative and organizational matters
- Receiving customer calls and welcoming customers in the general agency
- Appointment scheduling for pension advisors (inbound)
- Preparation of offers, customer documents, statistics and evaluations
- Support in sales promotion measures including management of promotional items
- Recording and maintenance of data in various Swiss Life applications
- Assistance and organization of customer events and marketing campaigns
- Building and maintaining the social media presence of the general agency
Your strengths
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance or customer service sector
- Very good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Affinity for social media
