We are looking for you as a Commercial Employee / Sales Assistant for new constructions & modernization for Romandie and Upper Valais, at our Sion site.

The heart of your mission

You support the sales team by verifying contractual data and managing information in our various IT tools. Your work ensures the quality and reliability of our internal processes.

Your concrete contribution

• Creation and follow-up of offer requests in the CRM

• Management of tenders on various external platforms

• Updating and administration of customer data in the CRM

• Request for creditworthiness information

• Creation and sending of order confirmations

• Digital archiving of offer and order documents

• Preparation of documents necessary for order registration, based on an internal checklist

• Verification and validation of contractual administrative files according to KONE guidelines

• Customer contacts by phone and in writing

• Active contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes

Your added value

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training

• Contractual knowledge (GTC) welcome

• Native French speaker (education in French)

• Excellent knowledge of German is mandatory (minimum B2 level) to communicate with DACH colleagues and Upper Valais customers. Bilingual welcome!

• Essential mastery of MS Office tools

• Knowledge of SAP and/or CRM (Salesforce) appreciated

• Structured, autonomous, and results-oriented working method

• Strong sense of service and customer focus

• Team spirit, reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• For foreign candidates: valid Swiss B or C residence permit
