For our store in Aubonne, we are looking for a Floor Manager (m/f/d).

With your entrepreneurial and host mentality and your passionate sales talent, you not only inspire our customers but also motivate your entire team with your positive demeanor and authentic presence.

Your Tasks:

• Supporting the Store and Deputy Store Manager
• Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Competently selling our collections
• Regular sales control and sales analysis
• Caring for and building relationships with regular and new customers
• Independent work within your sales team
• Collaboration with the VM team and participation in merchandise presentation
• Handling our omni-channel systems
• Processing complaints and cash register activities

What do we need from you?

• Ideally, first experience in the textile retail sector
• A high affinity for sales
• A motivating, confident personality and social competence
• Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
• Good English skills
