The front office of the Technical Services at Promenadenstrasse 74 in Rorschach handles cross-departmental administrative tasks for the Technical Services and the Construction and Urban Development department.
From March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a
commercial clerk.
Your exciting area of responsibility
Your main tasks include activities in the area of energy billing. This particularly includes managing customer data, invoicing, and accounts receivable management. In addition, you are responsible for handling debt collection cases; relevant experience and expertise in debt collection are an advantage.
Besides general administrative tasks, you enjoy serving our customers at the counter and on the phone. For this activity, presence on site is urgently required. Therefore, we cannot offer home office.
What you bring with you.
- You have a commercial basic education.
- You have several years of professional experience and are preferably familiar with IS-E and ABACUS applications.
- You have experience and expertise in debt collection.
- You have a confident appearance, act customer-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
